I passed the CPACC — here's what I learned and how you can too

I sat the IAAP CPACC exam expecting to feel like a fraud. Instead, I walked out realising how much of what I do every day — auditing charity websites, explaining WCAG to clients, arguing that accessibility isn't a phase — maps directly onto a formal body of knowledge that's been sitting there the whole time. The credential didn't teach me to care about accessibility. It gave me a shared language for the care I already had.
